The existing house, located on a sensitive area waterfront lot was demolished down to the foundation and a new house was constructed on the existing footprint. The new house was designed with large open living spaces showered with daylight accented with large expanses of glass framing the waterfront views.

Hindered by waterfront setbacks a small curved deck was introduced to extend the interior into the landscape and provide an outdoor sitting space.
