A renovation and expansion of a 1950's era waterfront cottage on Lake Ogelton in Annapolis Maryland. The interior was opened up to function as one large living space facing the water with guest bedrooms left at the street side of the house and the master bedroom suite located on the private 2nd floor of the addition.

The site was reconfigured to create a street side parking zone connected to a new side entry porch by way of new stone steps contained by a new stone planter. The entry sequence arrival is marked by a new light tower that floods the entry with light.
